Mosaic is a non-profit agency that is the mental health safety net for Ottawa County. Since 1978, we have worked hard to develop a model of delivering services that are accessible and affordable.
Accessible
Our unique model of care utilizes a panel of 240+ local professional therapists. If you currently have an EAP, chances are we are still providing services to your employees because we are able to get them in quickly and to the right therapist for them.
Matched
Mosaic “matches” your employee with the right therapist, one who specializes in their area of need. The process works because we know each of our therapists, ensuring high quality services. Referrals to other local resources also help personalize support.
Seamless
Many EAP’s make employees switch to a different therapist if they wish to continue therapy. Not Mosaic. We will work with your employee so they can continue with the therapist they already have a therapeutic bond with, at a cost they can afford.
Supported
A complete toolkit of program materials and signage is provided. Additionally, valuable crisis intervention support, and educational presentations on various topics, including virtual QPR (Question/Persuade/Refer) suicide prevention training.
Partnered
Operating as a 501(c)(3) non-profit, Mosaic provides many services throughout West Michigan that depend on our partnerships, such as our School Outreach Program, where we provide therapy in-school for students who would otherwise go without (currently in 26 schools).

I’m Chris Clegg, the EAP Account Manager, but I like to refer to myself as your EAP Advocate. Years ago, I used my EAP with another employer, and while it was very helpful, it did not feel private to access and I had no idea what I was doing. Our EAP process is designed to eliminate those issues, but if you have a question about the EAP or something seems wrong, please call, text or email me and I’ll get you an answer.
Privacy is typically the #1 client concern that I hear about when it comes to using the EAP and we take that responsibility very seriously. We are legally required to protect your privacy, no matter what. No one will know if you use the EAP or if you ask questions about it.
At the end of the day, we want you to receive the help that you are seeking without complicating anything else in your life. If we can do that, we are successful.
