In 2019, TCM officially became Mosaic Counseling and now includes all of Ottawa County.
New Location
In 2017, TCM expanded outside of the Tri-Cities to include the lakeshore to Holland/Zeeland and opened an office on Century Lane.

Creation of School Outreach program
In 2011, Tri-Cities Ministries created their School Outreach Program, where therapists went into the schools to eliminate the barriers of finances and transportation.
Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Starts
In 2010, Tri-Cities Ministries created their own Employee Assistance Program (EAP) because so many people were choosing TCM over their own EAP.

Sarah Lewakowski named Executive Director
In 2004, Sarah Lewakowski, a panel therapist, became the executive director and along with the board of directors made the decision to focus primarily on the mental health part of Tri-Cities Ministries, now that Love, Inc. and 211 were their
Mosaic Model is formed
In 2000, executive director, Dan Qualls, went to a model of contracting with area therapists whom were in private practice. This model, used today, is integral to the mission of Mosaic.
First Call/211 Starts
In 2001, First Call/211 started at Tri-Cities Ministries.
Love, Inc Starts
In 1985, Love, Inc started in the Tri-Cities under the umbrella of Tri-Cities Ministries.
