Our unique model of care utilizes a panel of 260+ local professional therapists. If you currently have an EAP, chances are we are still providing services to your employees because we are able to get them in quickly and to the right therapist for them.

Mosaic “matches” your employee with the right therapist, one who specializes in their area of need, is located where the client prefers and is located where they prefer. The process works because we know each of our therapists, ensuring high quality services.
Seamless
Many EAP’s make employees switch to a different therapist if they wish to continue therapy. Not Mosaic. We will work with your employee so they can continue with the therapist they already have a therapeutic bond with, at a cost they can afford.
Supported
A complete toolkit of program materials and signage is provided. Additionally, valuable crisis intervention support, and educational presentations on various topics, including virtual QPR (Question/Persuade/Refer) suicide prevention training.

Operating as a 501(c)(3) non-profit, Mosaic provides many services throughout West Michigan that depend on our partnerships, such as our School Outreach Program, where we provide therapy in-school for students who would otherwise go without; currently in 36 schools across 8 districts.

Privacy is our top priority. We’re legally bound to protect it, and no one will know if you use the EAP or reach out with questions.
