Question / Persuade / Refer (QPR) is a nationally
recognized and evidence based proven technique.

At a QPR Training Session you will learn, discuss and leave understanding the signs of someone who might be having suicidal ideation. QPR stands for Question, Persuade and Refer, three (3) steps that anyone can learn to help prevent suicide. Just like CPR, QPR is an emergency response to someone in crisis or struggling with mental illness/ challenges.

“In my experience, the “R” or referral part of QPR is the hardest all across the country because of the difficulty accessing mental health services. I am impressed with the model of Mosaic and how they do not turn anyone away.” – Dr. Paul Quinnett, Ph.D. Creator of QPR
