I counsel at Second Story Counseling in Grand Rapids and have provided care for several clients referred by the Mosaic staff. Clients who come to me from this referral source are always grateful for the individualized, compassionate approach they experience when interacting with the Mosaic staff. There are times when clients lack insurance coverage or funding and financial assistance is provided; at other times, clients simply don’t know where to start to get help; they find a welcome and solid direction from the staff at Mosaic. I don’t know how often your staff hears the thanks, but I do hear it on my end often.
