Mosaic Counseling is required by law to:

  • Comply with the requirements of the HIPAA Privacy Rule, Security Rule, and Breach Notification Rule;

  • Limit the use and disclosure of PHI and ePHI to the minimum necessary amount required to accomplish the intended purpose, when applicable;
