QPR is free, and that's intentional.

Mosaic believes that knowledge that can save a life should never have a price tag. All QPR trainings are offered free of charge upon request. All you need to do is organize a group and call us.

What is QPR training?

QPR stands for Question, Persuade, and Refer. Three simple, powerful steps that anyone can learn to help prevent suicide. Just as CPR equips people to respond to a physical emergency, QPR equips people to respond when someone is in a mental health crisis.

QPR is a nationally recognized, evidence-based program. A QPR training session will teach you how to identify the warning signs that someone may be struggling, how to ask the difficult question directly, how to encourage them to seek help, and how to connect them to the right resources.

Mosaic has certified trainers and has provided QPR training to more than 12,000 teens and adults across West Michigan; all at no cost to participants.
